Our evolution
Euro Smart Homes began as a commerce-led entry into connected living: we shipped smart home devices and learned what fails after the unboxing — flaky pairing, unclear ownership of updates, and automations that don’t survive a router swap. That experience pushed us toward services: honest assessments, architecture-first planning, and handoffs people can operate.
Today we are remote-first. We work with homeowners, small developers, and operations teams across regions. Where physical work is required, we specify the scope and can coordinate with local installers you approve — we don’t claim coverage we don’t contract for.
How we work with AI
For documentation, scenario testing, and repeatable operational checklists, we use cloud workflows powered by CloudyBot — an AI assistant platform suited to structured tasks and follow-up. It supports how we deliver clarity and consistency; your smart home decisions remain yours, and we always explain trade-offs in plain language.
Principles
- Vendor-neutral where possible — We recommend stacks that match your constraints, not a single brand catalog.
- Security and privacy up front — Local vs. cloud, guest access, and failure modes are part of design, not an afterthought.
- Operability — If we wouldn’t want to live with an automation ourselves, we won’t recommend it.
