1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted **only if**:
- The item is defective, broken, or wrong
- You notify us within **7 days** of delivery with photos
- The item is unused and in original packaging

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do **not** accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of item or quality concerns
- Cosmetic imperfections or minor variations

3. REFUND PROCESS
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.

5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours. Once processed by the supplier, they cannot be cancelled.
