You're heading home after work. Your heating kicks in automatically as you approach, thanks to geo-fencing. When you arrive, the room is perfectly warm and you step inside the room the light and any devices you want, turns on. When you leave in the morning, the heater shuts down automatically and the lights and other devices turns off — saving you money without lifting a finger.
